Recreation Club classes
At the RFC Recreation Club we have a wide variety of classes that will give you the specialised workout you are looking for. To find out more information about a class (including details of our instructors) or to book a class, please download the relevant PDF document below.
We offer classes ranging from holistics to mixed martial arts, cardio, dance and many more.
We have recently built a spin studio with ten bikes. There are various class times available for both members and non-members.
We offer a large range of Kids classes, ranging from swimming lessons, pilates, ballet, mixed martial arts, archery and drama.
Spinning - A high energy class with great music taught by motivating instructors, riding a mixture of flat, hills and sprints whilst burning calories all the way. Contact the Rec Club for more details or call 020 7830 2848 (Internal extension 34077).

Pilates – Pilates Matwork is a series of interconnected movements designed to improve muscle control, flexibility, strength, tone & co-ordination.

Meditation – Would you like to feel less stressed, remain calm and have more energy? Meditation breaks down and releases stressful energy allowing more positive energy to flow with a sense of peace and calm. Call Allison G 07805 282743. There is no fixed fee for this session but clients are asked to pay a donation which reflects how they valued the class.
Zumba - An exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin inspired, calorie-burning dance/fitness class. Its fun, it’s easy & before you know it, you’re getting fit & into shape. Phone Val on 07940 394 383 to find out class timetables, fees and to book.

Gentle Flow and relaxation - This class connects breath with movement whilst exploring both passive & active type poses. This involves a slowing down of movement allowing for complete stillness & a deeper awareness. This is combined with an exploration of stronger (active) flowing asana (postures).

Kids Meditation – Gentle meditation for children. To help with falling asleep at bedtime, dealing with emotions, releasing negative thoughts and behaviours and getting along well with others.
